Biotech Corporation, a developer, marketer, and distributor of natural personal health care nutraceutical products, has sold their Nu Hair ® and Shen Min ® brands to Natrol, Inc. (NTOL), a premier Manufacturer and distributor of nationally branded nutritional products. These product lines are the number one brands being sold nationally within the men’s and women’s hair growth category for natural products. Under pressure from the opportunity credit fund who had recently acquired Biotech Corp’s senior debt, CRP was retained to help divest and sell certain product lines to deleverage the company.  The transaction CRP initiated and closed with Natrol completely paid off the company’s senior indebtedness allowing them to concentrate on their other viable product lines.
