Mr. Rojas joined CRP in January 2021 as an analyst intern. He is a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelors's Degree in Financial Management. At Capital Research Partners & Co., he assists with M&A engagements and with current or prospective financing engagements. Specifically, he assists with the due diligence process of researching industries and prospective buyers and sellers, creating CIMs and pitch decks, conducting valuation comparables, and creating marketing materials.
