Subrogation Holdings LLC was a specialty investment fund for financing and acquiring insurance subrogation claims portfolios. CRP arranged a $100 million committed senior credit facility to further extend its plan to finance and acquire subrogation claims portfolios. In connection with the financing commitment, an additional $4.65 million of working capital was made available to Subrogation Holdings LLC and affiliate, Subrogation Capital Group, one of the insurance industry’s leading independent subrogation claims recovery firms. The funding was provided by a leading hedge fund specializing in asset-based financing and other structured transactions.
