Founded in 1909, BMG was a family-owned privately held niche
manufacturer. The Company was a recognized innovator in the eye
makeup products sector having invented the automatic mascara
applicator. Products include mascaras, eyeliners, eye shadow, brow
applicators, blushers, concealers, custom lipsticks, and lip-gloss. CRP
was retained by BMG to seek turnaround financing to supplement or
replace current Asset Based working capital facilities. After closing the

new credit facility in a separate transaction initiated by CRP, BMG sold
its 157,000 square feet Connecticut manufacturing facility together
with five acres of land.
